About the Kit

The Merge XR Kit is a set of ten (10) XR headsets, mobile devices, and interactive cubes that transport your students into immersive lessons and experiences. Your students can go on virtual field trips, see life from new perspectives, and experience learning firsthand. The Merge XR Kit is perfect for students of all ages and is ideal for teachers who are interested in developing their own XR classroom experiences.

How to Guide

This How to Guide will show you how to:


Connecting Merge devices to Wi-Fi

  1. Turn on the Samsung A11 and swipe up.
  2. Open the "Settings" app (gear icon).
  3. Select "Connections" and then "Wi-Fi."
  4. Make sure that Wi-Fi is turned on.
  5. Select the wireless network you want to connect to.
  6. Enter the Wi-Fi password and select Connect.
  7. OR Create a QR code for your Wi-Fi network. 

Using the Marge Headset

  1. Drop the smartphone into the Merge Headset with the screen facing towards you.
  2. Be sure to remove the protective lens covers that come on the Merge Headset lenses.
  3. Once you place the headset on your head, readjust the straps as needed.
  4. If necessary, push the phone inside the goggles down all the way after the headset is fully on your head.
  5. The headset is fitted with a lens adjustment (top and bottom) that can slide left or right to give you a clearer picture.
  6. To interact with an XR experience, while holding the top and bottom adjustments, press down on the left and right input buttons.

Human Anatomy Atlas -  Human Anatomy Atlas offers thousands of models to help understand and communicate how the human body looks and works--and includes textbook-level definitions. Use it as a reference, instead of an anatomy textbook, or to create virtual lab experiences. Requires Wi-Fi.
