Adulting or what you should know about in college: Navigating College Life

"Adulting" is the term many college students hear when they leave high school because they are faced with being on their own for the first time. Some come with a lot of life skills already. Others do not.

Now that I am in college....

Now What Do I Do?

Now What? That is the big question we all have when we start anything new. College is one of the most exciting and stressful times of your lives, and the "now what?" questions never stop. We understand that it can be hard being thrown into to "the deep end" of college with little to no preparation of how to be an adult, which you will now have to do for the first time. To the right are some books on how to transition into college life and how to make the most of your time as a student, whether you are living at home still or are living on your own in the dorms. There are various books for all types of students; there are even specific books for student mental health, students with learning disabilities, and African American/ First Generation students.
