How to get my ID Card & Library Card

Applying online

If you are attending NAU at any campus that is not the Flagstaff Mountain Campus (Yuma Students), please submit your JacksCard photofill out the application, and email it to JacksCard@nau.edu along with a photo or scan of a government-issued photo ID, listed above. If you meet the requirements above, a plastic JacksCard will be mailed to you.

You can bring this ID into the library to get your library account. If you don't have the physical ID, you can always just bring in your phone, and the library team can get your number from your NAU Louie account.
