NAU Celebrates Women's History Month

 

Female empowerment should be celebrated all year long, but March specifically is Women's History Month, making it the perfect time to kick our recognition of women's voices and stories into an even higher gear and learn about some amazing women throughout history. Films on Demand is a database that provides access to over 20,000 streaming videos appropriate for academic research. Videos can be watched in their entirety, or as individual segments, on your computer.

Other than classroom viewing on campus by enrolled NAU students, public performance of these films is not permitted.

Good Books

The Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) has partnered with the Cline Library to bring these great, entertaining and thought-provoking HERstory book titles to the NAU Community! Herstory is a term for books written from a feminist perspective and emphasizing the role of women, or told from a woman's point of view. Find these and more in the Inclusive Excellence Collection
