HS 404: Principles of Epidemiology

Use the information from the WHO to find information on patterns of the disease outside of the United States. 

Note:  Not all countries report the same amount of information and not all diseases are a burden on every country.  The information you are seeking may or may not exist. 

Once you find information in WHO, repeat your search in PubMed to locate peer-reviewed journal references. 

Find statistics on a country:

1. Go to the World Health Organization website
2. Click on Countries in the menu bar at the top of the page
3. Countries are listed alphabetically, scroll through the page to locate a country.

Find statistics on a health topic:
