Strategize
- Look at the number of problems in a given area
- Work hardest on the most critical areas and those you feel you can master
- Don't try to study everything in one night! Make a plan for studying over a span of time and review what you have already studied as you go.
Look through the equation book
- Be familiar with what is in it and what the equations mean
- If an equation looks totally foreign, seek guidance on that concept from an instructor
Focus on the fundamentals
- Don't worry about a very specific case or obscure equation. You are unlikely to get that problem.
- Often the obscure cases are the most straightforward because the equations are very specific.
