Your complete how-to guide for enjoying the Cline Library's multimedia Studios.

About the Studios

The Studios at Cline Library include an advanced multimedia computer lab and a set of seven "studios" that support the creation of graphics, audio and video recording and editing, as well as the creation and exploration of extended reality experiences. All of our Studios are available to NAU and CCC students, faculty, and staff throughout the year. The Studios are equipped with advanced multimedia equipment and software

Reserving a Studio

NAU students, faculty, and staff may reserve a studio online for up to two hours a day, up to two weeks in advance. To schedule a Studio at Cline Library:

  1. Visit https://nau.libcal.com/reserve/studios to view our list of available studios.
  2. Click the blue "Info" icon next to each studio for more details about that room.
  3. Select an available blue time slot (up to two hours per day) for your studio of choice.
  4. Once your selected time slot turns yellow to represent your booking, click "Submit Times."
  5. Log in using your NAU username and password to confirm your booking details. Then click "Continue."
  6. Fill out the contact info screen and complete your reservation by clicking "Submit my Booking."
  7. Once it is time for your reservation, visit the library’s Ask Us! Desk with your NAU ID to check out the key to the studio.
  8. The Studios are located on the first floor of the Cline Library next to the Student Technology Center.
