FS 121 - Tolkien and Lord of the Rings: Request sources not at Cline Library

Request sources not at Cline Library:

Need a book, article, or video that Cline Library doesn't have? Sign up to use Cline Library's free Document Delivery Service!

  • First you'll need to set up a free account to use Document Delivery.
  • When registering for your free account, use your NAU email address. Also, if you live in Flagstaff set the loan delivery method to "Hold for Pickup" (don't worry, electronic items will still be emailed to you).

Once you have created an account, you can start making requests.

  • First, access your account.
  • Then, select the type of request (article, book chapter, book, etc) you need from the menu on the right.
  • Fill in the citation information (author, title, etc.) for the item you want, and then scroll down and click "Submit Request."
  • When your item arrives, you'll get an email notice with access instructions.
  • Questions? Contact Document.Delivery@nau.edu.

Request sources directly from your database search:

Once you've signed up for Cline Library's Document Delivery Service (see instructions to the left), then you can request articles that Cline doesn't own, and you can do this directly from your database search!

If you are in a database and see a link that says something like "Check for Full Text", "Find Full Text", or "Links", you'll link out to a library page where you can start a Document Delivery request. See below for instructions:
